Babcock Associates, LTD is a full service property management company. We have over 50 years of experience and operate with a supportive, knowledgeable and dedicated team. Babcock Associates, Ltd is centrally located, managing properties from San Pedro to El Segundo and Hermosa Beach to Long Beach. The South Bay is our specialty.
Babcock Associates, Ltd applicants have a wide range of clean, move-in ready apartments, town-homes, and houses to choose from. We hold ourselves to a high standard and work with outside vendors who provide cleaning, maintenance, plumbing, and other services. Our Rental Rates are competitive and our successful management team strives to assist, support, and mediate between owners and tenants to reach the goals, expectations, and satisfaction of all parties.

Lynzee strives to continue to build upon Babcock Associates Ltd's solid foundation to extend reliable, accountable, full-service property management throughout the South Bay in this ever changing real estate environment.

As a Property Supervisor, she manages 55 properties and more than 250 units, demonstrating exceptional organization and dedication in overseeing a large portfolio. Yelma is committed to providing outstanding service to both property owners and tenants, ensuring their needs are addressed promptly and professionally. Known for her excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail, she works diligently to maintain positive relationships, resolve issues efficiently, and help properties operate smoothly. Her professionalism and commitment to excellence make her a trusted resource for both clients and residents.

George’s experience ranges from working with investors, managing extensive portfolios, to individuals and their properties, as well as with large multi-family corporations.
He has developed lasting relationships with his clients over the years and has cultivated a strong sense of security in managing their assets. Likewise, he has built an excellent rapport with his vendors and only sources honest and capable professionals who are outstanding in their trade. Motivated and attentive, George will manage your properties with an eye for detail and genuine care.

Norma has been a valued member of the Babcock Associates team since 2008 and serves as the company’s Bookkeeper. With two decades of experience, she plays a vital role in managing the company’s financial operations, including owner distributions, tax forms, rent deposits, ACH transactions, and onboarding new vendors. Norma’s attention to detail, strong work ethic, and commitment to accuracy help ensure that our accounting processes run smoothly and efficiently. She is a dedicated professional whose reliability and expertise make her an essential part of the Babcock Associates team.

Diana has been a dedicated member of the Babcock Associates team since 2016. She began her career with the company as a receptionist and, through hard work and a deep understanding of the business, progressed into her current role as Office Manager.
Over the years, Diana has learned the ins and outs of the company and become a reliable resource for tenants, property owners, and coworkers alike. She is known for her team-first attitude, willingness to help wherever needed, and commitment to keeping office operations running smoothly. Whether assisting tenants, responding to owner inquiries, or supporting staff with day-to-day challenges, Diana works diligently to ensure everyone receives prompt, professional support. Her experience, reliability, and collaborative approach make her an invaluable part of the Babcock Associates team

Alfonso has been a valued member of the Babcock Associates team since 2022. He began his career with the company as a Property Supervisor Assistant and has since advanced into his current role as Field Inspector. In this position, Alfonso is responsible for showing vacant units to prospective tenants and works diligently to accommodate schedules that are convenient for both clients and applicants. He also assists Property Supervisors with property inspections, serves notices when needed, and helps ensure that properties are maintained and operating efficiently. Alfonso is known for his strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to providing excellent service to both property owners and residents.

Maria has been a dedicated member of the Babcock Associates team since 2016 and is our most experienced Property Supervisor. She currently oversees 41 properties and more than 250 units, with her portfolio continuing to grow. Maria is committed to providing exceptional property management services by regularly visiting properties, maintaining strong communication with owners and residents, and proactively addressing property needs. She works diligently to protect and enhance the value of each property while always keeping her clients' best interests at the forefront. Her experience, professionalism, and dedication make her an invaluable asset to both our team and the property owners she serves.

Mary joined Babcock Associates in 2024 and serves as a Property Supervisor, managing and overseeing 43 properties and more than 200 units. She is dedicated to ensuring that each property is well-maintained and meets owner expectations through regular property visits and proactive oversight. Mary places a strong emphasis on communication, working closely with both property owners and tenants to address concerns, meet resident needs, and maintain positive relationships. Her commitment to attentive service, organization, and property care helps ensure the successful management of the properties in her portfolio.

Diana serves as the Property Supervisor Assistant for Yelma and Mary, providing valuable support in the management of their property portfolios. She assists with tenant communications, maintenance coordination, notices, and a variety of daily tasks that help ensure properties are managed efficiently and effectively.
Diana is committed to providing excellent service to tenants by addressing their needs promptly and helping ensure maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner. She maintains clear communication with both tenants and her supervisors, relaying important information and assisting wherever needed. Known for her dedication, reliability, and positive attitude, Diana works hard to support her team and contribute to a high level of service for residents.

Christian serves as the Property Supervisor Assistant to both George and Maria, providing essential support in the day-to-day management of their property portfolios. He assists with tenant communications, maintenance coordination, notices, and a variety of administrative and operational tasks that help properties run smoothly. Dedicated to providing excellent customer service, Christian strives to assist tenants promptly and professionally, ensuring their concerns are addressed and maintenance needs are handled efficiently. He is committed to supporting his supervisors in every way possible while helping maintain positive relationships with tenants. Christian's strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to help make him a valuable member of the Babcock Associates team.
