Leasing Only: 50% of one month’s scheduled rent (per annual lease term)
Lease Only: If unit requires preparation and rehab work, the $250.00 flat fee (listed above in SFR) will be charged for month(s) preparing the home for market.
Lease Renewal Only: 25% of one month’s scheduled rent (per annual lease term)
Monthly Maintenance Coordination: $35/door
Accounting Only: 3% of gross income, late fee application and collection, monthly income report, 1099s for any rent subsidies collected
